Each kind of question is a reviewed query. The AI chooses which one to use and with which filters, and cannot make data up.
An AI assistant that answers with your ERP data
“How much have we sold to this customer this year?” Today that question ends up in a report or an email to whoever knows how to pull the figure. An assistant connected to the ERP answers it on the spot. The AI doesn’t write SQL: it chooses between queries that are already approved, so every figure comes from a reviewed calculation.

Read-only
The assistant cannot change anything in your ERP. It connects with a read-only user.
Business notes
How each figure is calculated in your company, written down and editable, so the assistant answers the way your team would.
Text, table or Excel
The answer in whatever format is needed, in Spanish, English or Chinese.
Question log
What gets asked and which query was used, to review answers and add the ones that are missing.

Frequently asked questions
- Can it make a figure up?
- No. The AI doesn’t write the query: it only chooses among the approved ones and passes them the filters. If a question doesn’t fit any of them, it says so instead of inventing.
- Does my data leave the company?
- The AI model receives the question and the query result, not the database. Access to the ERP is read-only.
- Is one already running?
- Yes. Lin-AI has been answering business questions on Grupo SPSIL’s ERP since 2026. You can try a demo with made-up data in the lab.
- How much does it cost?
